Our Story
The owner has been to Hawaii many times, and was most impressed by the gourmet poke that is available everywhere in Hawaii. With the love and passion for poke and the experience of COVID-19 in the past two years, the owner decided to bring the food from Hawaii to Chicago so that more people can have a healthy eating option and thus improve their immunity. In addition to the authentic poke, the owner has added some extra concepts, such as adding many fresh vegetables and a wider variety of sauces, to better balance and even out the nutrition and enrich the taste.
